Anna Felton earned her juris doctor from University of California, Davis, and her bachelor's degree from Stanford University. Anna’s notable legal career spans over 15 years and includes general civil litigation, commercial and residential real estate disputes, breach of contract, habitability and construction defect claims, and appeals. Anna has successfully tried both criminal and civil cases to verdict and leverages her jury trial experience to reach favorable pre- trial resolutions as well.

Most recently, Anna has represented portfolio owners of large multi-unit residential complexes, independent owners of rental property, residential and commercial property management companies, and subsidized and affordable housing providers in the greater California Bay Area. She provides litigation expertise and full-service counsel on the challenges facing Bay Area housing providers.
