After attending the University of Southern California for undergrad, Shannon Burkhead obtained her Juris Doctor Degree and her Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Illinois. Shannon is licensed in Oregon and California and began her professional career representing landlords and property owners in the San Francisco Bay Area. 

She first worked for a small firm which exclusively represented landlords on all of their landlord-tenant issues. In 2015, she opened her own law practice, where she continues to counsel her clients on all matters within landlord-tenant law, including unlawful detainers/evictions, mediations, settlement conferences, and general rent board/rent ordinance issues. In 2018, Shannon joined McLaughlin Sanchez LLP as Of Counsel and litigates with the partners and associates in the firm with their real estate matters, including landlord-tenant cases, HOA disputes, and real property transactions.
