BIOGRAPHY


Alexander Cervantes brings litigation, real estate, and commercial law experience to McLaughlin Sanchez LLP. Prior to joining the firm, he served as a Deputy District Attorney with the Kings County District Attorney’s Office, handling felony matters from arraignment through sentencing. Earlier in his career, he worked with the San Francisco Superior Court’s Real Property/Housing Court on unlawful detainers and other property disputes.


Alexander also brings firsthand real estate experience as the founder and managing member of a real estate investment company overseeing a multi-unit residential property. He earned his J.D. from UC Hastings College of the Law and his B.A. in Political Science from UC Santa Barbara, and he is proficient in Spanish.
