BIOGRAPHY


Darryl Yorkey is an attorney practicing in the San Francisco Bay Area who focuses on Real Estate and Landlord/Tenant litigation. Prior to joining McLaughlin Sanchez LLP practice, Darryl worked for the California Attorney General’s office in Oakland, California and at the Federal District Court for the Northern District of California for a Magistrate Judge. In addition to his practice of law, Darryl was selected by the State bar of California as a Bar Exam Grader. 

Darryl received his Juris Doctor from the University of California – Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco, California. He has also earned a Master of Business Administration, a Master of Public Health, and Bachelor of Science from Tulane University. He also maintains a faculty position as an Adjunct Professor at San Diego State University. Having witnessed first-hand the difficulty that the property owners have in managing or trying to regain control of their real property, Darryl decided to focus his talents and his practice to provide personal and customized legal representation to satisfy the needs of property owners in the Bay Area.
